TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED

- what is automation?

-how it effects the jobs in India?

-what automation leads to?

- is automation really threat to India?

-how to solve the hurdle?

Introduction to the topic

Yes, automation is a threat to jobs in India because automation means making things with help of Machines in a short time. And making waste things in a very short time. This automation will conceal workers physical strength and their working tenure. But, in India due to the bulky amount of population getting an employment is a very big to perform.
So, in a country like India it is somewhat bad for rising automation because the labours will lose their employment opportunities and the people will become Idle because of their lost employment.
On the other hand the increase in automation is a very good sign for the development of country because automation can do work fast and we'll save our time .so the people who lost their employment they, has to find other jobs for their livelihood without sitting idle and gives rise to the development of GDP of a country.
So, in order to deal this crisis the government should provide employment opportunities for the the people who lost their jobs in the terms like they need to provide the jobs which the Machines can't perform in this way ,will fill the gap of the development of the country.
For every country that automation plays a major role in development of countries GDP the government should need to to provide the skills needed for the people which will generate the employment opportunities in the upcoming future.

In the establishment of automation we Virtually appeal has to be employed .so not only automation anything which gives to advancement of human being is not always a treat. the only thing we need to do here in this type of prices we need to find alternative for these type of crisis.
