Culture, is the knowledge, language value ,customs, material object that are passed from person to person and from one generation to next generation in human beings. Cultural policy of the government is of safeguarding protecting and encouraging the activities related to arts and the creative sectors such as painting, sculpture, music dance literature and film making.
